. johnson & johnson, their full-year numbers are not too hot. a couple of things to know is, in the latest quarter they did do well with therapy for hepatitis b, as well as, psoriasis. that is something you will have to watch. lori: thank you. melissa: big tech giants will report today after the bell. sandra smith is here with what we can expect from ibm and google. sandra: let's take a look at the dow right now. ibm will be the one to watch. ibm has a big impact. there is about a 11% weighting. we will be looking for ipo earnings. you are probably not too pleased with this selloff. a lot of people looking for a turnaround plan for ibm. ibm could really set the bar for what we expect right now. expecting $5.25 a share. 10% off of its earlier highs. this will be a stop to watch after the bell tonight. also, google. all eyes will be watching google. look at where it is sitting. look at this selloff. it is a year-to-date chart for 2013. this stock has seen a 10% selloff. right now analysts expect $10.52 a share from google. there is confusion expected tonight. the profits from that will not b

the show for let's say more than just the last six months, would you know i used to have michael johnson, the ceo much herbalife on pretty often. there have been questions, accusations about the way herbalife makes its money. questions about where the company's product, it's nutritional supplements, actually end up. is it a multilevel marketing corporation? a distribution business where people are paid to get more distributors and not to sell the product to individuals? a scheme so to speak? or is it up and up seller of delicious, potentially weight reducing supplements, using a nonretail method of distribution, that is, individuals try to sell the product one-on-one or in a club like setting. i haven't been featuring them, the fun mentals of company are a side show to a much bigger battle, a battle between hedge funds. we've got one saying the company is basically a fpyramid scheme, no business being in business. and another hedge fund manager says it's a legitimate business, and the stock is darn cheap. the bashing hedge fund manager has waged a war using our air and everyone else's an

's a new high. johnson controls and guidance for the current quarter is down 3%, but can you see the other technology stocks really didn't lose that much. the industrials didn't lose that much. in other words, very specific movements on the company's own reports or guidance. how about rotating? lots of talk about rotating into industrials and out of banks. it's true the banks are looking a little tired. a lot of disappointed on capital one's earnings today, but you can see most of the banks didn't do much on either side, a positive or negative, but they have been looking signs of topping recently. how about semiconductors? if intel issued disappointing guidance a while ago, a couple quarters back, a lot of other big names would have been down today but it didn't happen. taiwan semi, texas instruments, micron didn't do well. talking about raising the debt ceiling. look what it did to the vix, to the downside and for the week, maria, the important things is all the moves into cyclical names. energy and industrial stocks all moving. back to you. >> thanks, bob. a lot more coming up on this ja

landing on the streets here on the southwest side of the thames river. boris johnson the mayor, he said he just went to see the scene. we have not been allowed over there because this investigation is right in the thick of it. and he said that the scenes were so disturbing. he said, you know, there was the wing of the helicopter on top of a roof. there were big pieces of it had fallen on cars which were burned out and the side of a building went up in flames, all of that very quickly extinguished by firefighters in london. mayor johnson said he did not want to be glib for many people are in mourning for the people they lost in this tragic accident but frankly could have been more tragic if that helicopter hit a double-decker bus let's say. this happened in the middle of the city during rush hour. a lot of questions tonight being asked about safety in london. we don't have lots of skyscrapers here but more and more are going up. mayor johnson saying they will be looking very carefully into whether all of that is adequately lit. both cranes and construction sites. he said that for people who

started picking stocks on this show on december 14th. johnson controls up 9% since then. january 4th goldman up 8%. jp morgan up 4%. kkr up 9%. blackstone up 7%. ebay. you picked it last week. up 2%. nice record. pressure is on now. >> well it's been an up market. obviously kind of going with the flow a little bit. i feel like if you wanted to capture any potential sudden pull back because of the over optimism or anything like that there is an etf, the s&p, high beta stocks. sphb. which essentially is the 100 stocks that give you the most exaggerated move in whatever the market direction is. i don't think this is a long-term play but strictly a scalping operation or a hedge if you are already pretty long here that would essentially be giving back some of the out performance. sbhb is up 8 plus percent in three weeks versus 5 1/2 on the market. a lot of out performance in a relatively short period of time after options expiration. i don't know what the implications are. seems if you had any give back that is where the juice is. >> we shall see. fast and slow money watching as we know.
